Caselogic SNMB-15F 15.4-Inch Fullsize Canvas Messenger Bag with Laptop Storage (Green) Review

I purchased this bag for my 10″ netbook. I didn’t realize how big the bag really was until it arrived. Yes, its huge but my netbook fits perfectly in the seperate padded compartment. There is also room for any other attachments you might have for your laptop/netbook. I have an external CD/DVD drive, a portable mouse and mousepad, and a netbook fan and everything fits great!

The buckle on the front of the bag gets some getting used to but once you get the hang of it…its not a problem. It also has a velco closure. The only bad thing about this bag if you want to call it bad, is the strap isn’t padded so if you have a lot of items in the bag, it may hurt your shoulder, otherwise, its just fine.

It has a zippered compartment under the flap of the bag along with 3 square compartments.

Inside the bag there is a padded seperate compartment for your laptop/netbook and lots of room for other items that you might have. There is alos a little slot on the inside of the bag for business cards or anything little you might need to store.

There are 2 compartments on the outside of the bag. One on each side. It’s great for your cell phone or an ipod.

The back of the bag has a compartment the width of the bag with a velco enclosure. Good for papers or books.

Overall…..this is a great laptop bag! You will NOT be disappointed with this bag!!

A couple minor cons: I figured, like every other messenger bag I’d ever seen this would have a pocket on the back and a handle so I didn’t even look. It has neither of these. The other con is that despite it’s size, it’s lacking in organizational parts like pockets, zippered sections, etc. Like the pen pocket is wide enough for 3 or 4 pens but they only put two holes… None of these cons make the bag unusable but they would have been nice.

Pros: Fairly large bag, solid metalwork parts and, most of all, stylish. The gray canvas looks awesome and Case Logic has like 3 or 4 bags like this. Any of them would be good for painting or stenciling on some custom artwork. I got one with a little art already on there since it might be awhile before I decide on something to put on.

In short: A great stylish bag that has a few cons some people might not like.

Caselogic PLS-9 Black Ultra Portable 7-10″ Netbook Sleeve (Black) Review

Fits my Samsung N110 snugly without being too tight. Provides the right amount of cushioning for the contents. Pocket is good for cables, earbuds and USB drives; mouse or AC charger make too much of a bulge and too tight a fit. I carry the netbook in a shoulder bag, so sleeve is only for protection from scratches and minor impacts; pouch is an added benefit to store small items neatly and conveniently. Materials and workmanship seem very good, as expected from Case Logic. Have not had this product long enough to report on its durability; but I own several other products from Case Logic, and all of them have proved very sturdy, with no premature wear or failure of zippers, seams, etc.

Price was best available at time of order and shipping was free. Vendor was […], via Amazon. Item was delivered 4 days from date of order (via UPS), with no problems.

This sport pack is perfect for traveling. It is light and durable. It doesn’t have too many comparments and it is almost as if my laptop is lighter for having put it in the back pack. I have traveled across the country with it and use it on a daily basis to carry my laptop and other books to my classroom to teach. I really don’t see how the more expensive packs could be any better. Perfect!

I love this backpack. It was purchased because I needed something to carry my purse in while I was on crutches - it was horrible to try and use my one-shoulder purse while on crutches. I eventually ended up tripping on my purse and falling! Cue this backpack. It’s HUGE. It holds my purse, a laptop, my lunch, several books, and whatever else I can think to cram in there. The only problem I have is that there aren’t enough pockets for organization - the pockets are huge and things tend to get lost in there. Other than the fact that it’s a bit TOO big, this backpack has been sturdy, stylish, and so handy. I’m not on crutches any more, and I’m still using it.

Well it is a very good sleeve to keep your laptop in if you’re going to be totting it around in a briefcase or a backpack (which I do). But it is a little bit to large for a 15.4″ laptop. I have my Dell Studio XPS 16 in it and it still has a good inch and half of play in the top. The sipper pocket on the fron is great to store things in and it seems to keep everything nice and safe. I wish it had some sort of handle on it though, but then I guess it wouldn’t be called a sleeve.
