This battery doesn’t provide as much battery time as I was hoping, but it is better than what I had. Definitely saved me some money.

I get about 5 hours and 20 minutes worth of constant surfing with this battery with screen at maximum brightness. i have not tested it with the modem off. it does stick up in the back and restrict how far back you can tilt the screen. not a big deal but if your not used to it then you have to be careful not to force it you could crack the screen. The battery weighs about 2 pounds so overall the battery will raise the weight to the s100 to 5 pounds (roughly)total.

I expected a little more from this battery overall as it acts like an 8 cell really but i have not tweaked any settings to see how far it can go.
